Established on a foundation of more than fifteen years of experience in quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, auditing, training, and conformity assessment services, QGCert was created to address the growing need for credible, competency-based certification of professionals across diverse industries.

Our journey began in 2010 in the United Arab Emirates as a specialized food safety consultancy and training organization. Over the years, we expanded our expertise into management system auditing, accreditation consultancy, regulatory compliance support, and certification-related services across multiple sectors. This extensive industry experience culminated in the establishment of QGCert as a dedicated personnel certification body operating in accordance with the principles of competence, impartiality, transparency, and integrity.

Our History

The Journey of Quality Group Certification (QGCert)

Quality Group Certification (QGCert) traces its origins to a vision established in 2010 by a group of experienced quality, food safety, and conformity assessment professionals in the United Arab Emirates. With a strong commitment to enhancing organizational excellence and regulatory compliance, the organization began its journey as Quality System Consulting FZC, providing specialized food safety consultancy, training, and technical support services to organizations operating within the food industry.

Foundation and Early Growth (2010)

Established in the UAE's rapidly developing business environment, Quality System Consulting FZC focused on supporting food manufacturers, food service establishments, catering companies, and hospitality organizations in implementing internationally recognized food safety and quality management practices. Through professional consultancy, auditing, and training services, the organization quickly gained recognition for its practical approach, technical expertise, and commitment to client success.

Expansion into Integrated Quality Services (2012)

As market demand for broader conformity assessment and compliance services increased, the organization underwent a strategic transformation in 2012 and was rebranded as Quality Group ME FZE.

This expansion marked a significant milestone in the organization's development. The scope of services was broadened to include:

During this period, Quality Group ME FZE established itself as a trusted partner for organizations seeking compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 22716, and other industry-specific requirements.

The organization also became recognized as an approved training and consultancy provider by various municipalities, regulatory authorities, and government agencies across the United Arab Emirates, delivering specialized programs in food safety, quality management, occupational health and safety, and regulatory compliance.

Strategic International Partnership (2017)

In 2017, Quality Group achieved another significant milestone by entering into a strategic partnership with RoyalCert International Registrars GmbH, Germany.

Under this collaboration, Quality Group was appointed as an Authorized Representative for the United Arab Emirates and other GCC countries, supporting certification activities, client development, auditor coordination, and conformity assessment services throughout the region.

This partnership strengthened Quality Group's international presence and provided valuable experience in certification management, audit processes, accreditation requirements, and global conformity assessment practices. The collaboration further enhanced the organization's reputation as a trusted provider of quality, safety, and certification-related services.

Transition to Personnel Certification (2026)

Building upon more than fifteen years of industry experience, Quality Group entered a new phase of growth and international expansion in 2026 with the establishment of Quality Group Certification LLP (QGCert) in India.

Recognizing the increasing global demand for competent professionals and independent competency validation, QGCert expanded its scope to focus on Personnel Certification in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024 – Conformity Assessment – General Requirements for Bodies Operating Certification of Persons.

This strategic development enabled QGCert to establish structured, competency-based certification schemes designed to assess and certify professionals across multiple sectors including:
