Level 3 HACCP (Intermediate HACCP)

The QGCERT Level 3 HACCP (Intermediate HACCP) Personnel Certification Program is designed for supervisors, team leaders, quality assurance personnel, food safety professionals, and HACCP team members who are responsible for implementing and maintaining food safety management systems. The program provides participants with an in-depth understanding of HACCP principles, hazard identification, risk assessment, critical control points (CCPs), monitoring procedures, corrective actions, verification activities, and HACCP documentation requirements.


The purpose of the Level 3 HACCP certification is to develop competent professionals capable of contributing to the design, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of HACCP-based food safety systems. The certification demonstrates that individuals possess the knowledge and practical skills necessary to support food safety compliance, prevent food safety hazards, and ensure the production of safe food products in accordance with international food safety requirements and industry best practices.
