Description:
The QGCERT Level 2 HACCP (Basic Food Hygiene) Certification Program is designed for food handlers, kitchen staff, catering personnel, food production workers, retail food employees, and anyone involved in the handling, preparation, processing, storage, or serving of food. The program provides essential knowledge of food hygiene principles, food safety hazards, contamination prevention, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitation, safe food handling practices, and an introduction to HACCP concepts.
